I used the Captured Bristle under Acrylics for just about everything in color. You can change your brush settings by hitting Ctrl+B (not sure of Mac controls >_<). I use a varient configured by Yumedust (beautiful stuff at her gallery!). In the brush creator make sure you're in the Stroke Designer then alter these little tabs:
General:
-dab type: Circular
-opacity: 32%
Size
-choose the shape that looks like a rectangle with its top corners cut off (should be second row all the way to the right)
-size: 66.6 or there abouts
-step size: 5%
Spacing
-spacing: 9%

That's about it. I hope that's what you were looking for and I hope that made sense, eh heh. Lemme know if you need anything

wow. I didn't know that there was even a 'just add water feature' :o I'm addicted to it too, now and it's made a dramatic impact on my art. (yeah, Ikr? xD I just discovered blending and have been using art programs for years) so now I'm like 'so that's everyone does it..' *headesk*. Thank you for the tutorial :)Ughh..I feel stupid xD
